Terms and Conditions
-Services Provided
We offer professional mobile automotive detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, polishing, ceramic coating installation, vacuuming, and other detailing packages as agreed upon at the time of booking.
-Appointments and Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, website, or and approved booking platform. We require accurate location details and access to the vehicle at the scheduled time. The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible and ready for service.
-Pricing and Payment
Prices vary depending on the vehicles size, condition, and selected services. Final pricing may change upon inspection if the condition differs from what the package may cover or described. Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit, debit, and other approved payment methods.
-Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will incur a cancelation fee of 50% if canceled less then 24 hours of service booked. No-shows will be charged the full-service amount.
-Weather policy
Services may be rescheduled due the unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions (e.g., heavy rain, snow, extreme temperatures). We will work with you to find the next available appointment that will work for both parties.
-Customer Responsibilities
Provide access to water and electricity if need be. Remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service. Inform us of any pre-existing damage or sensitive areas. If the service is not your property, please receive permission to perform the service at the desired location.
-Condition of Vehicle
Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g., excessive pet hair, mold, bodily fluids, mud). May incur additional charges/fees. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are hazardous or beyond reasonable scope.
-Liability and Damages
We take every precaution while servicing your vehicle; however, we are not liable for the following, Pre-existing damage, wear, and tear, including faded paint, ripped seats, or fragile materials, damage due to improperly installed parts or prior repairs. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
-Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue. We may offer a touch-up or partial refund at our discretion of the situation.
-Access and Safety
The service location must be safe and legal for us to operate. We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions pose a safety risk.
-Use of Photos and Videography
We will take before-and-after photos of vehicles for quality control and marketing purposes. License plates and identifying details will be avoided or obscured.
-Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, or unreasonable expectations.
